A spectator in the audience is seen in a seven-second film seeing the box where the Republican presidential contender watched the game. There are boos audible, and someone says, “Get him outta town.” The video was uploaded on X, a platform that was once Twitter, on Sunday by MeidasTouch, a media outlet that often attacks Trump. It has been seen over 292,000 times by Monday morning.

Trump and Democratic rival Vice President Kamala Harris are running campaigns to win Pennsylvania’s 19 electoral votes with two weeks left in the presidential election. Pittsburgh is located in Allegheny County, where Joe Biden won 59 percent of the vote compared to 39 percent for Trump in 2020.

The deputy director of communications for the Trump campaign, Margo Martin, shared a video on X on Sunday with the description, “President @realDonaldTrump arrives at Acrisure Stadium to chants of U-S-A!”

In the footage, Trump is seen chanting “U-S-A” while standing in a corporate box at the stadium and shaking his fist at the supporters. There are a few fans filming him on their phones on the row of seats in front of the box.

One fan gives the former president the finger, as two others pump their fists back. By Monday morning, more than 607,700 people had seen Martin’s film.

MeidasTouch claimed that the chanting were in celebration of a Navy SEAL and cast doubt on Martin’s post’s veracity.

“During the game, the Steelers pay tribute to a Navy SEAL. “Cries of ‘USA’ ERUPT!” the network captioned one of the videos.

“MAGA tries to say that Trump was the target of these ‘USA’ shouts. That’s simply more of MAGA’s stolen bravery. The caption said, “We’re hearing the Steelers didn’t show Trump on the Jumbotron once.”

One of the leaders of the Make America Great Again campaign, Charlie Kirk, shared another video of the “U-S-A” chanting at the stadium. The caption said, “Actual footage of the Steelers game tonight that NBC won’t show you.”

In the footage, several supporters can be seen chanting at the former president while seated in the rows in front of Trump’s box. But there are a lot more supporters facing the pitch.

By Monday morning, Kirk’s video had received over 2.9 million views.

Trump shared an apparently artificial intelligence (AI)-generated picture on Truth Social before of the game. It featured the slender, athletic former president donning a Steelers uniform.

Trump applauded the supporters after the Steelers’ 37-15 victory against the New York Jets.

Trump posted on Truth Social, saying, “I want to thank the Steelers fans for the wonderful reception tonight.” “The fifth of November will be the most significant day in our nation’s history! MAGA2024!!!”
