US ELECTION: Ares The dynamics of the presidential campaign are changing as a result of Donald Trump’s 4-point surge ahead of Kamala Harris in a Fox News survey.

The survey, which was done between October 11 and 14, included 1,110 registered voters and 870 likely voters. Among registered and likely voters, Trump leads Harris by 2 points, on 50% to her 48%, which is a 4-point difference from a month earlier.

Even though the polls have moved in favor of Trump, his advantage is still within a three percentage point error range.

According to Fox News, Harris is leading by six points among voters in the seven crucial swing states.

These are some of Trump’s greatest polling results from Fox News since he was announced as the Republican candidate. In August, a poll by Fox News showed the former president leading by barely one point.

The movement in Trump’s favor has mostly been caused by white voters, who now support him by 10 points, up from 6 points in August and 4 points last month. Additionally, voters 65 years of age and older (49 percent) and those with college degrees (48 percent) are showing unprecedented levels of support for him.

At the same time, black voters (67 percent), college graduates (49 percent), voters 65 and over (47 percent), and white voters (46 percent) who have completed college are the groups of voters that favor Harris the least since she was nominated.

“In general, there is a slight but potentially significant shift in favor of Trump, particularly if he continues to gain support from voters with college degrees,” said Democratic pollster Chris Anderson, who collaborates with Republican Daron Shaw on Fox News polls. “However, the race has been well within the margin of error for three months, and the outcome will likely hinge on which side is more effective at getting their voters to the polls as opposed to persuasion.”

According to the survey, two-thirds of Trump and Harris’s followers say they are “extremely” motivated to cast a ballot. However, compared to the vice president’s followers, a greater percentage of Trump’s supporters say they are voting for him instead of against Harris. Of Harris’s fans, two-thirds say they are voting for her, while one-third say they are voting against Trump. Eighty percent of Trump’s fans said they would vote for him instead of against Harris (18%).

Particularly in swing states where the candidates are separated by just one or two points, the polls are still quite tight. For the first time, according to Silver’s prediction on Wednesday, Trump and Harris now almost share the same odds of winning in November, with Harris at 50.1 percent and Trump at 49.7 percent.

It occurs as Trump is predicted to gain in 19 states, and Harris’ chances of winning the election have decreased by around 6 percentage points since late September.

“The prediction is really near. It’s now almost a 50/50 contest in the battleground states of the Midwest, according to surveys released another day,” Silver said on his website.
