US: Donald Trump said this big thing on the threat of assassination in Iran
US: According to Trump, there are “big threats” against his life coming from Iran, and the government will “try again.”
Only a few days after Trump’s ear was shot by another would-be assassin, the FBI said in July that Iran was reportedly planning to assassinate the former president.
Amid “huge threats on my life by Iran,” Trump said on Wednesday that “the entire U.S. Military is watching and waiting.”
Iran has previously made attempts at reform that have failed, but they will try again. It’s not ideal for anybody. He said on X, the previous Twitter platform, “I am surrounded by more men, guns, and weapons than I have ever seen before.”
“We are grateful that Congress overwhelmingly approved the funding increase for the Secret Service with zero “NO” votes and tight bipartisan support. It’s good to see Democrats and Republicans working together on anything. Attacking a former president is tantamount to wishing for one’s own death.”
Officials from Iran have denied any participation in a plan to kill Trump.
