US: Podcaster Tim Pool sues Kamala Harris’ HQ over presidential ‘Project 2025’ post
On the other hand, Pool filed a federal complaint on Tuesday, accusing the Harris campaign of betraying him with ‘Project 2025,’ which was a plot to make Donald Trump president in the White House. The case was lodged in a federal court in West Virginia. It further says that Pool was allegedly supporting the killing of political opponents in view of the Harris campaign.
Harris’s campaign urged over X, posted over the Labor Day weekend, which gave rise to the lawsuit action.
According to Pool, he has been forced to increase his security because of comments on the internet made by the Harris campaign and is seeking several million dollars in damages.
The Harris campaign’s attack ad was, is and will still remain false. In the complaint, Pool’s attorney, James Lawrence, stated that his client “headed a political party and never endorsed the unlawful killing of dissident politicians, be it his or their purposes.”
Project 2025 that supports the government’s right to control social media platforms to generate a conservative response was, however, Project 2025. To my knowledge, he has said that President Trump has never read the proposal.
Lawrence also said, however, “The Harris Campaign, in the course of arguing to attract Mr. Pool supporters and their attention, issued a post that has been seen by over 12 million people since then, claiming Mr. Pool is hatching a conspiracy to provide Trump with absolute powers to imprison and purge his non-supporters if he ascends to the presidency.”
It should be noted that the Harris Campaign did at best present this as an opinion piece free from any of their hedging. On the contrary, the Harris campaign informed, in a manner which any such reader would have appreciated, that Mr. Pool was seeking to overthrow the constitution, place Mr. Trump in charge and use the state apparatus to eliminate Mr. Pool and the political enemies of Mr. Trump.
He explained that tens of millions will be budgeted for refurbishment work.
Aside from that, rebuilding Mr. Pool’s reputation after the Harris campaign’s completely senseless actions would take millions of dollars. Simultaneously, Mr. Pool is making more precautions against those whom he loves and himself from those who might have been duped by the Harris Campaign and other allegations.”
“By means of this lawsuit, Mr. Pool seeks to clear the smear thrown on him by the Harris campaign and raise the allegations of hatred towards American society for using presidential words, Mr. Biden. It is stated in the complaint as follows: “Mr. Pool cannot and will not keep quiet.”
Also, it states that for the purpose of promoting the opposition to his beliefs, Pool has spent millions of dollars in advertisements within New York, how any and all ire towards them, to include that from the Harris campaign, Pool actively welcomes.”
